Viking Resurfacing Powder

High-quality powder for grinding and flattening your natural sharpening and debur stones.  Yes, you can use your Viking Stone without oil, but you need to resurface it regularly in order to keep producing 90-degree edges on your blades. 

Directions for use:
Lightly sprinkle one pinch of resurfacing powder on a large piece of glass or granite and grind the sharpening stone in circular motions on top of the resurfacing powder.  Rotate the stone and change the direction of the circle every few circles to prevent an uneven finish.   Depending on the wear of your stone you may need to clean the glass or granite surface to repeat the process until your stone is flat and looks new.
