RETURN POLICIES

SkateNOW recognizes the occasional problem of ordering the wrong size product, or skates that do not fit correctly. We make every effort to work directly with the customer to ensure you receive the correct size needed for skates and accessory products you purchase from skateNOW, llc. We allow sizing exchanges, as necessary, at an additional restocking fee of 15% under the following conditions: the product/products exchanged are in new and unused, original condition with original packaging (if applicable), and include all original parts & accessories as sold with the item (laces, hardware, skate tools, axles, etc.,) clothing & clothing accessory items must have tags on garment, where applicable, and the product is exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. SkateNOW reserves the right, on occasion, to waive the extra shipping or restocking fees on exchange items. Some additional manufacturers' return policies and restrictions may apply.  The customer is requested to check, upon immediate receipt of their order, to ensure all manufacturer's parts and accessories have been included. *Note: axles, skate tools, bolts, nuts, screws, and laces are not always included with certain manufacturers' items, and are available at additional costs. Please read the product description for more information, and inquire in advance of your purchase if you need clarification. 

Returned stock items for refund or exchange must be new and unused, and in original packaging, with tags(if applies), and received within 30 days of purchase.  Items returned "used", or with any damage, or with obvious wear, such as smell of sweat or laundry detergent/fabric softener, etc., will be determined "used", and customer will not be provided a refund, exchange, or store credit on any returned used goods. Stock items must be returned in their original new/un-used condition with original packaging or box (if applicable), along with all original parts & accessories,(laces, axles, bolts/nuts/hardware, skate tools, etc.,), and clothing and/or clothing accessory items must have tags on garment. Boots shall not be mounted. Parts/accessories included with your purchase that are not returned with boots (or, any other purchased goods) shall be deducted at full retail value from your refund amount (i.e. accessories items/parts as sold with skate packages, such as: laces, bolts/ hardware, buckles, skate tools, etc.). Contact the skate shop to request a size exchange on stock products.

Products returned after 30 days in new, unused condition will receive store credit only.

Special order items, custom boots cannot be returned, and may be considered for exchange as in-store credit only. 

Consignment items (denoted as 'lightly used' or 'demo'), are final sale items, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Close-out items may be exchanged for store credit. Most close-out and final sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit, or for another size within the prescribed 30 day return time frame. Contact SkateNOW for more details.

Custom Boots are not returnable nor returnable, unless expressly warranted under manufacturer’s individual product warranty. We will make every effort to assure your custom boots are made the way you requested with the manufacturer. However, we cannot be responsible for manufacturer defects, etc. In the event your custom boots are defective in any way, we will work with the manufacturer to re-design, resolve or correct the problem, or re-build the boot to your original specifications. Note that the boot maker may defer any incurred fees and/or associated shipping costs with the re-make/corrections to custom boots (whether deemed defective or not) to the customer. 

Manufacturer's warranties apply to all new merchandise. After 30 days from date of purchase, the customer is deferred direct to manufacture for any warranty issues. All shipping fees incurred with warranty processing are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations of orders: Cancellation of recent/newly placed orders must be received in writing within 2 business days of purchase.  Backorders may be cancelled in writing. Special Order cancellations must be in writing and are subject to restocking fees.  All order cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee.  

Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
